How To Apply: Five Easy Steps

1. Please read through the material on the Alliance for Children web site before applying, including our Adoption Guide Overview and Adoption Qualifications.

2. View and print one of the following two applications, depending on where you live
(Adobe Acrobat Reader software is needed to view and print the PDF files).

Residents of Florida, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and South Carolina:

Residents of all other states:

3. Complete the application and enclose with:

- two recent photos of each applicant
- a non-refundable application fee of $250

4. Mail completed application to:

5. A Social Worker / Program Coordinator will contact you within two weeks.

Viewing and Printing an Adobe PDF File

The Alliance for Children application is now available as a PDF file for easy printing. To view and print the application, you need Adobe Acrobat Reader software. If you don't have this software already, you can download a free copy from Adobe's web site as follows:

1. Go to this page
2. Click on Download Now, then Get Acrobat Reader.
3. Fill in the required information and click Download.
4. After the file has downloaded, run it, and it will automatically install itself.
