What
is the Alliance for Children?
The Alliance for Children, Inc. is a non-profit
international adoption agency based in Massachusetts,
serving families throughout the USA. We have
placed thousands of children from around the

Journey of Hope Has Arrived in China!
Follow
our blog and see photos from our Journey of
Hope in Shanghai!
Do you know about the Journey of Hope? It is
a perfectly named initiative, involving Alliance
For Children, the China Center for Adoption
Affairs, and the famous Shanghai Social Welfare
Institute. Through this program, which involves
direct, hands-on experience with the children
(ages 3-13, all waiting for adoption in China)
we are looking to find forever families for
30 children. Perhaps you will be one
of them…
For the full details on our trip or to inquire
about adopting one of these special needs children
from China, visit our Adoption
News page, and also please visit
our blog, which is located at http://allforchildren.ning.com.
We are posting blog entries and photos from
China daily to tell you about the children and
to spread the Journey of Hope as far and as
wide as it will go.

Foundation
Dec. 1, 2007 - Wuzhou P & G Sunbeam Village
Opened!
On December 1st, 2007, a new foster care "village"
opened in Wuzhou, China. This project provides
apartments for Chinese foster parents to live
with groups of 5 orphans (most of whom have
special needs) as stable families. It is modeled
after the very successful Sunbeam Village project
in Hefei that has been supported by the AFC
Foundation for 5+ years, and was made possible
by a generous $50,000 donation from Proctor
& Gamble’s Live, Learn and Thrive
Global Cause. Visit our Wuzhou
P & G Sunbeam Village project page to
see photos of the new families and to read the
first inspiring report on how these orphans,
previously institutionalized, are now thriving
in their new family setting.
Purchase a car and
support the Foundation!
As a proud supporter of the Alliance for Children,
Ray Ciccolo will donate $250 to the Alliance
for every car you purchase, or for any person
you refer to one of his Village Automotive dealerships.
See our adoption news
page for more info.
